Joulu Pipari

In Finland nothing says "Merry Christmas" like pipari! They are gingerbread cookies. We buy the premade frozen dough, roll it, cut it, cook it and eat it! The girls LOVE making cookies! Our kitchen is so small we have to use the table! Oh well, it works! It is the perfect height for them anyway!
