Packages

The girls love getting mail and when it is from America it is even more special. Yesterday they got cards and pictures from Nana, Papa and Aunties. They LOVED them so much. They both took a long time looking at the pictures and then I had some little photo albums from Target and I gave one to each girl. Both girls slept with the albums and had to take them to daycare this morning! They could not wait to show their friends the pictures from their summer trip to America! This is S's favorite picture!
E is a 4 year old. All the way. She really wants to be independent. So in an effort to let her develop her independence we have been letting her pick out her own clothes for school. Here is a stellar outfit that she was very proud of!

S is usually pretty good about picking out her clothes. And for a Finnish kid this is perfectly normal. They wear shirts and tights all the time. All the time. I didn't really understand it until last year. Tights and shirts work perfectly under the fall and winter suits the kids wear here.
