I took SA skating downtown a few days ago. There is an outdoor skating rink right next to the Central Railway Station downtown. It was a beautiful Sunday and we had a great time! EK had fun climbing the snow mountain next to the rink! SA first started with this metal frame to help her around. She went around 3 times with the metal frame when she told me "Mom, I dont need this anymore!"
So then she just held my hand for a few more times around, then she just took off and did it all by herself! She is a very good skater!

EK eating her Laskiaispulla. It is a sweet bun with whipped cream and jelly in the center. They only sell these pulla this time of year. There is a special day where everyone goes sleding and these are the pulla for the sleding day.
